NEET 2020 notification to be released next week
The official notification for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for the undergraduate exam will be released next week. National Testing Agency is in charge of conducting the NEET UG exam. The exam is scheduled to be held in May 2020.According to the exam calendar, the application process for the NEET UG 2020 exam will commence on December 2 and the registration window will close on December 31. The official website to register for the exam is 'ntaneet.nic.in'.The admit card for the exam will be released on March 27 and the exam is scheduled for May 3, 2020.NEET UG 2019 notification says, "In order to be eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses for a particular academic year, it shall be necessary for a candidate to obtain a minimum of marks at 50th percentile in National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test to MBBS/BDS Courses held for the said academic year."The NEET exam and counseling is held under the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 and is a common entrance test to shortlist candidates for admissions into all medical colleges of the nation. The new and final addition to the list is AIIMS and JIPMER colleges.
