433 schools in UP debarred from exam center duties



433 schools in UP have been debarred from the exam center duties by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP). Some of the schools have been debarred for 2020 only while the rest of them have been debarred for a longer period. These schools have been debarred for various reasons such as mass cheating and irregularity during the conduct of previous board exams.UP Board class 10th exams will commence from February 18 and conclude on March 3 while the exams for class 12th will commence from February 19 and conclude on March 6, 2020. Class 10th exams will commence with the Hindi exam and will conclude with the IT/ITES exam and exams of class 12th will commence with Hindi and end with vocational subjects on March 6, 2020.According to the board, 58,06,922 students have registered for the board exams and 8,354 schools have been chosen as the examination center.To prevent cheating during the exams, UP board will install CCTV cameras and voice recorders at all examination centers.
